The Auto Pour Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining automated pouring equipment used in the production of various materials. This role involves monitoring the automated pouring process, ensuring quality standards are met, troubleshooting equipment issues, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Equipment Operation:
- Operate and control automated pouring equipment to accurately dispense materials according to production specifications.
- Monitor equipment parameters and adjust settings as needed to maintain product quality and consistency.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure the proper functioning of the auto pour system.
- Quality Assurance:
- Conduct regular quality checks on poured materials to verify adherence to specified standards.
- Identify and address any deviations from quality requirements promptly.
- Collaborate with quality control teams to implement corrective actions and improvements.
- Maintenance and Troubleshooting:
- Perform routine maintenance on auto pour equipment to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal functionality.
